I think this is cool as shit!! It's a good measure if you run a lot of hot lights and ballast. Better safe then sorry. What's 100$ when it comes to burning the house down!!!

Good idea but whats in that stuff?

Wonder if they do a small Halon Gas one? would save everything as its used in IT Server rooms to stop the fire instantly with less damage caused.

Just found a safer alternative to Halon...

Will leave your grow room spotless and of course, fire less. Plants will even continue to grow, just dont be in there when it goes off!
When i worked for BAE systems main computer department, our server room had a Automatic Halon Release system, when triggered we had 6 seconds to get out. lol good old british health and safety.

Nah its not chalky but it is white! pure solid fog almost

Leaves no residue at all, nothing, like no fire was there at all, thats why the MOd etc.. have been using halon for years, doesnt harm data but it really damaged the environment and us so this new one has been released.
Bout time too. Makes it safer for IT engineers and such like. Plus bonus for us too.

Even using a traditional auto fire extinguisher i would rather lose my plants than my house/and or a loved one and end up in handcuffs. Grow equipment and plants can be replaced, freedom and possible loss of life cant
