Okay so here is the deal...i just had to recently move my grow from my unfinished basement to my very as unfinished garage. I got two girls about a month away from harvest. My only issue is i dont know where exactly to harvest. I cant inside my grow box because ill have other plants going..

What about my shed? Run a heater in there? I dont want it too cold but i worry about gas fumes and stuff like that will dry in with the bud right?

What about hanging it outside in the garage? Open enough air space but again cold temps would be an issue...

Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations?

If push comes to shove i will do it in the basement and try to combat the smell...but looking for alternatives. ..

Feedback welcome.

thanks guys[emoji1]

Brown paper bag it and hang them in your tent or I even just placed mine all around the ground around my pots in my tent and dried like that. Just jarred Saturday morning, been burping once a day. First ever harvest and things seem to b going well I'd say. ....

In the harvest and cure section there is lots of info on harvesting in brown bags and in tents and stuff. This would allow you to keep growing and combat smell of you are already using a carbon filter in your tent.

Yeah i have homemade carbon filter system. My box runs at 72 degrees wont that be to hot for them to dry? My rh in the box is under 30% which i dont think is ideal for them...but i could be wrong

That's fairly low yeah. I think Temps are OK but RH should b higher. Mine was 40-50% in the tent and I did about a 4.5 day dry then into jars. I'll know in about two weeks or less how it worked I guess as this is my first harvest. Smokes good so far, just waiting for the taste and aroma to come into play more

The bags seem to keep the smell down for me, as long as nothing touches the bags. Sometimes just staring at them seems to stir up the odor!

By the way, if it was me, I wouldn't dry them in the tent while the other plants are going still. I tried that and the buds dropped to about 55% RH in less than a day. Of course, my temps were higher than yours.

I definitely think brownbagging it and maybe putting into a cardboard box will work...ive been reading a lot on here about that. I really get nervous putting the buds to dry in the tent when i have a couple more girls going...esp when inhave slightly higher temps in the afternoon
