Then might I advise against the pacific north west. We have two seasons here, Summer and the nine months of grey. I'm half tempted to stand on the roof and fire the 12 ga at the clouds just to try and get some sunlight....

We need those vortex cannons that shoot plumes of air, but scaled up to destroy clouds. It would take a lot of energy to break up weather patterns but at this rate I'd happily convert my house into a nuclear reactor in the hopes that it melts down and warms up the goddamn basement. The thermistat and geiger counter would both sort of turn up at the same rate.
