Hello everyone! Glad to be on board, long time cannabis enthusiast 20+ yrs but first time grower. Here are some pics of my little ladies. They are super small, i ran into a whole bunch of issues early on but seem to be on track now.
Im growing these two in a mini-fridge, i had planned on keeping them small this go round. The plant with the larger cola os shiva skunk auto and the other is northern lights auto.
Im trying to figure out the best time to harvest, the skunk has milky tricomes with a few amber ones showing up,but still some white pistils and the leaves are still pretty green.
Any tips on this would be great, looking forward to learning alot here,thanks

Lots of info on here and knowledgeable peeps. Start a journal on your next grow, or finish this one out with one. Lots of people will chime in and get ur name out there. hi and welcome 1st grows are all about getting some buds,big or small is a result.you very close to chop,time to start some more.
start up a journal,have a good read of the green stickies at the top of sections,click on my signature links,pop into live stoners for a natter or to get pointed the right way again.

Thanks guys! Forgot to mention both plants went in soil the same day, they are both about 11 weeks old, the northern lights took a while longer maybe 2 weeks to starts its pistils but it was in rough shape for a while, at one point i wasnt sure if it would live.

Now its looking like it will do pretty good, even a very tiny small harvest from these and i will be very happy! I have quite a collection of seeds, mostly auto flower but im excited to get on to my next 2 plants (all i have space for right now) i plan on using the air pots in the pic next time, i switched from cfl to a single 300w led about half way through.

Im pretty psyched to dig into all the info and fun stuff here! Thanks again.
Also anyone have any thoughts on harvesting just the main cola first as it looks like it will be ready before the smaller lower buds,not sure how it will effect the rest of the plant?

You will be here reading for weeks sifting through info. Some really good info on here. LED is better than CFLs, I switched due to high temps, but CFLs are cheaper and easy to find. Just have to find the right types.

Yeah i did alot of reading up in the beginning now closer to harvest i have alot more to learn! The cfls kept making the plants too hot i think, the leaves were pointing almost straight up one day then id tweak a couple things and the next day they were very saggy but we made it past that thankfully, no issues since i switched to the led.

Havent had skunk in many years and its my absolute fav! So im very excited for my first harvest, but i dont want to rush it, hoping for great stuff soon! Thanks again!

Welcome. You will learn a lot from this first grow and those early issues. It takes time and research to get consistent, healthy plants. This time next year you will look back and exclaim....wow! Lots o' luck.
