Help! Pests! WTF?!?

I have these tiny lil bastards that are smaller than the head of a pin, look like a yellowish grain of rice I took pix and forgive me I had trouble focusing but you can see some of the damage they have done. I have tried spraying with Raid earth options but it doesnt seem to be helping much.

Any comments are appreciated.

lady bugs work well also for both spider mites and thrips... i cant specifically see the bugs... but the damage looks like a thrips infection i had once.
