No not really by itself read the post about nutrients until you understand it. Most calmags are just calcium nitrate too much nitrogen!
yes i see the cal mag i bought from greenleaf has nitrogen in it . i will try and order similar products to yourself , hopefully with the same ratios. i understand if i can't get the same ratios it will skew the excel sheet . i will let you know how i get on . thank you for your help @Mañ'O'Green
 
For cal-mag with lower N than many other products, consider CALiMAGic from General Hydroponics. It's 1-0-0 with contents reported as "Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Nitrate, Iron DTPA."

If you get Soluble Gypsum and AG Epsom Salt You can Ca or Mg separately as needed both are inexpensive.
