Indoor Help temp and humidity problem!

run the lights at night. electricity is cheaper to buy at night hear, maybe not where you are? i open the tent and that drops my humidity, after you water and feed rh goes up quite a bit from all the moisture coming off the buckets. if you get more high temps, very easy to control in small cabs with frozen bottles of water cycle them in and out and they will cool off cab!:2cents: and it's free.:smokebuds:i run 20/4 the four off hours are in the early evening when i am in the room to watch the boob tube 6 to 10 pm.

I put them on at 9am this morning and im going to leave them on now till 5/ 6am tomorrow then off till 12pm and then back on either 18/6 or 20/4 im not sure which is better for my grow astro? :peace:

Ive got the temp steady at around 23c/27c max and humidity has gone down to 55%RH since i turned my exhaust fan to the higher speed all going good now tho so im happy. still changing my lights on too night shift :peace:

I have change my lights on time to over the night time so my lights go of 8am till 2pm but during the lights of the temp drops to 65f and humidity shoots up to 76% rh i know the high rh aint good for my flowering pk. whats the absolute highest it should be reaching? :peace:

yup... 50-70 % for cannabis.... 50% should be your target... even as low as 40-45% for flowering just to be extra sure to prevent bud rot.

keep your airflow on?

if you really have trouble with your humidity you can keep an oscillating fan in there to keep very good air circulation (not wind) around the room.... that will help prevent mold issues... :toke:

the other option is a dehumidifier...
or if you have a/c you can run that an hour prior to and during the off time... ac pulls a ton of moisture out of the air... :toke:
