Hello. I have 3 gsc's in soil. All three were neglected with poor lighting for the first three weeks. Now I have tall spindly plants. One is over 3 feet tall in week 4. I have a couple questions and would greatly appreciate a few comments on what to expect concerning yield and health. I had to tie down the tops of two to keep an even canopy. But it looks like it will certainly hurt bud production from the main cola. Also the tall 3 foot plant has yellowing leaves on the bottom and slowly rising. I'm assuming its nitrogen deficiency considering her rapid growth. I'm using flora nova bloom from the start. Should I use some grow along with it to help with nitrogen? Thank you for your time... Peace

I should add all three are now in a 4×4 tent under a 1000 watt hps.

this is what happened, starting on the bottom and working its way up. Its been a couple days and I'm not seeing it spreading much at all anymore. I added some GH floraduo grow to last feeding. Thank you. but if you can see the first pic at all you can see how tall and skinny it is. I'm wondering if it will still produce nice colas or will I have to be happy to just get some good buds off of it.? I couldn't find many posts about over stretched plants and I didn't want to waste peoples time asking about it. But I'm certainly curious as to how it will finish. Thank you. Peace

Training from the beginning of the plants life is the best thing you can do. The stretch appears to be over so there isn't much you can do now. But keeping the main branches tied back tricks the plant to make more main stems. This keeps the plants shorter overall and allows you to control the height. Plus keep the lights lower to the plant. Figure how far away the lights are from the lower branches now compared it the plant being a foot shorter. I don't think your plant is bad but you can use this advice and experience to make it better next round. Best of luck :smoking:
