awwwww, me luv catz! me had a tortoiseshell named Squeaky who went to Rainbow Bridge 3 yrz ago, RIP...she made it to 16 y/o and me 2nd the motion of ur statement to hubby, haha

and hey now, i meself have never harped about the lst...or at least me don't think me have me get stoned & miss a lot, so it may be possible at any rate, ur girlz are lookin great m'lady, and well, that'z just it, they're ur girlz, not anyone else'z...as long as they're happee, ur happee, and well, need i say more-? wink-wink ppp

As for strain I'm running a Seedsman zkittlez auto. Cross of zkittlez and fruit auto. It's just a super stretchy plant haha. I knew this going into it that's why I am running them. Should get a hefty yield fingers crossed

Those are only my second round ever. Believe me you will learn so much this first go. You already look like you have a natural green thumb and the girls are definitely going to reward you for it. I grew one of these zkittlez and some widows, had to go old school, for my first round. I go overboard with the deets on watering, feeds, etc. Helps me to keep track of what I'm doing, as well as lets anyone else check my nutrient levels etc. So everyone can learn to be better growers with me and learn from my mistakes, or work with what's working for me to get their nutrients in line. Regardless, your girls look healthy and I look forward to seeing that flower set in. It's coming quicker than you might think

for ur condolencez bout me Squeaky girl she didn't exactly go ez, but she did go natural at least the last 2 wkz were the tough part...she'd had ckd most of her life & was pretty much blind in both eyez by the end from cataractz, but she was a trooper & total lil huntress til the end, lol...outa nowhere one day, her body just "crashed" from the ckd, and after a long two weekz, her lil batteriez finally gave out...the sad part is me had to wrap her in a bag & stick her in me freezer for almost 3 dayz, cuz it was pourin rain & me couldn't get out to get a grave dug, lol

and hey, me all for "playing the growing game" & all, lol, but don't ever be afraid to go rogue, becuz doin so also happenz to mean ur not afraid to be -> unique and individual nuff said

and, for a bonus as me get me coat, here'z me own two kidz, Ditto (top, age unknown) & Marvin (bottom, 14 y/o)

okay, i checked out your journal! couple take aways- imma try the mega crop i think. i'm not into nutes cuz i'm not a friggin scientist, but mega crop sounds easy. and then, maybe i'll check out bud explosion too. the other big thing is that i think you've changed the way i'm gonna approach my second round. i think imma try topping. i know you didn't, but you had guts and tried new things and it has inspired me to be more gutsy, too. i definitely think i can do it and i'm super curious what would happen. maybe i AM a scientist!

anyway, i can only HOPE to have a success like yours, my friend.

i LOVE those names!! and poor Squeaky. we've got a lot of old animals who have started to get sick. my best friend, lucy, is in stage six heart failure or something like that. my husband knows all the lingo, i do not. but i know she wasn't even s'posed to make it to her birthday in april. we got her on some crazy combo of drugs and she finally doesn't look like a bag of bones anymore. i'm gonna miss that dog like crazy.

aaaaaand, back to the fun stuff! brother, i'm gonna go crazy next round. i was gonna do nothing but instead, fuck it, i'm gonna do anything i want! i've already got another shipment of seeds on the way and these companies make it so affordable to try new stuff. so, even if i fuck up round two, round three is close behind. i want to try every god damn tip i've gotten. maybe not ALL in this next round...

and as far as me kidz' namez, Marvin already had his name by the time i became his full time caretaker, and Ditto was one o' thoze that "just showed up" a couple yearz ago, and got his name becuz he'z a carbon copy of me previous boy, Simba, who passed in '17 on his 17th b-day...true story ppp

no way, man! don't hold back! so far, imma build my own super soil thanks to @AutoMagicallyDelicious and try popping my seeds @blue 's way. i wanna top and lollipop. i'd love to try a sea of green grow and i think i may forever be upgrading my lights. i'm ALWAYS looking for new tips and tricks. i, literally, never wanna stop growing.

also, you sir, are my kinda fella. i don't like people who don't like animals. i have stupid, ridiculous allergies where i sneeze all day and sometimes wanna rip my eyes out, but animals make me too happy to not suffer. currently got three dogs and, now, three cats. i may have to apply for a zoo permit.

I really really like megacrop. I agree with most that megacrop is a really well rounded nutrient but it does have its setbacks just like any other thing. I think my biggest gripe is the high nitrogen. That will possibly become a problem in flower because the girls nitrogen requirements drop significantly, after the stretch stops that is. I am already getting some signs of nitrogen burn, that's the yellowing of the tips of your leaves, if you didn't know. Tell tale sign that you're bordering nitrogen toxicity and need to back it off. As for the overall use it's been so easy, but you need to get yourself a little scale of you don't have one because it's powdered and the measurements go by weight not volume. Highly recommend it though for a beginner, because it's just that easy and honestly my girls are looking like they will be about double the size of last round. Plus who can beat dirt cheap?some nutrients can run you hundreds of dollars for a full lineup. You can get a 300 gram sample of the megacrop on their website for free. You just pay shipping. Also to get a 750 gram bag of megacrop and a 750 gram bag of bud explosion, you're looking at like $30 and some shipping. That's enough megacrop for about 250-300 gallons of mixed feed. And enough bud explosion for like 600-700 gallons. You might not need to buy nutes for a year if you like them!
