hello im an old new grower lol not had a grow in a few years now but about to get back at just ordered some cfl,s going to try them out , had experience growing under HPS with decent results , plan is to grow one blue treacle for starters to see how good or bad the lights work ill be using 2 125 watt lights one blue and one red hopefully some good results . cheers

You'll find everything you need here, and some good people to help you find your feet!

When you get started - throw up a journal and describe your setup .. it's a good way to not only keep a record of your grow to avoid the "what day am i on again??" type of questions, but also to get some extra eagle eyes to help if needed

CFLs can work really well - they don't put out loads of heat, so you can keep them much closer (but keep a fan blowing accross them ... because they can still fry leaves if you get too close)
