Lighting Induction lighting revisited

Lathe, where pray tell did you find swazi?
Additionally,if its swazi,as in South african landrace photoperiod, daily smoke swazi thats a 12/12 week flowering time, some go longer
Can point you in the right direction to see a fwe swazi grows too

Cool , a close race!!!!!

Look how green the induction looks.
But what's whith the purple stems?
I get em all the time....

I'd also like to mention the led is 300w an the induction is 200w.....

Any info on the Swazi????
She's a special lady.....

Hey Scarhole!

Info on the Swazi is sketchy at best...
Whatever you can find online is what i would tell you, so not too much!
I am just surprised that at going on 3 weeks and they stink already!!!

Hey Bud!!
Where did i find them? Where else but at home in South Africa!!
It is very common in JHB!
It used to be my daily smoke more than a decade ago...

If you could link me to a few grows that would be awesome!!
I have only found what is available online when searching for "Swazi journals"
More info would be awesome!

I must say for about 3 weeks in they are a super stinky bunch of plants!!
Puts the TD to shame...

equal growth or close to equal growth, now let's talk cost....... how much is a 300w induction as apposed to a 200w led? how much to run each light per day, week, month? and how long will induction last compared to a led?:D: THEY BOTH WORK, one has to be more cost effective.:smokebuds:i still owe you a slap lazee, wont let me yet. :bow:very good thread!

You have it backwards the induction is 200w an the led is 300w.
Not sure how much bison LEDs run?

My 400w induction from Riant runs 368$ to my door. In the USA.?
About a dollar a watt.
(Add 100$ for a reflector. But I'd recomend a DIY one much cheeper)
But Alibabba has LVD induction even cheeper.

http://www.inda-gro.com/store This is a US company.I talked to one of the head honchos for over an hour and this guy knows his shit on induction lighting. They are more expensive than the china lights but they have a ten year warranty on the bulb and fixture and the quality looks alot better. This will be my next light when I can save a little money. The guy said i could get a price break if I said I would run a test grow with the light on our forum. This will happen when the time is right, but not right now.

Nam iv moved your post to this induction lighting discussion thread mate :smokebuds: you were linking a different company to the one SCARHOLE was reviewing .:smokebuds:

Inda grow is just a rebranded solara light from china.
I showed Riants guy tony Wu a pic of inda gros ballast internals an he showed me this link.
http://www.amkosolara.com/en/product_content3.php?c3_id=77
Identical parts I believe.

Inda grow claims they are USA made.
Lol
The ballast and all its parts, the borosilicate glass, magnets an phosphors are not USA.
Maybe they should say "partially assembled in the USA" lol.
Never seen a video of their factory in Cali making em.
The EPA would never allow it.
But I can see Riants assembly line in china.

I do like inda grow 10 yr warrenty , vs Riants 5.
But inda grow costs double what Riant does.
Although the inda grow guy does repair the ballast in sandiego for faster turn around.

I don't like Indag grows revolutionary propietery spectra either.
It just 5500k flouro? Im Not interested.
An I know a engineer who consults with them who could get me 30% off.
Riants newer spectra grow lights are far better than cool white I believe.

But if you want inda grow I'm about 95 % sure solara would sell you the exact same light cheeper.
And you could choose 5500-2700k color temp.
But 5 yr warrenty an returns go to china.

Ill write solara today an ask if they realy make inda gro lights.........
