Lighting Induction lighting revisited

ouch! waja hit me for!! an eye for an eye!:slap: what scarhole is saying about led is correct they do have heavy metal's in them, but.... they dont pop when dropped. like fluro's and or induction bulb's. i use supplemental cfl lighting in my tent's, and i broke one in the tent, i was not a happy camper! it scared me about the mercury. i immediatley threw my tee shirt over the bulb and hustled it out of the tent. i think there wasssss noooooo
braaaiiinnn daammmagggeee:D::shrug: right now my friend i have one tent running with some amnesia and black jack. the other tent i will start up
before the end of the month!:smokebuds:thanks again for bringing this info to our attention.

And now the LED plant

As you can see the LED plant is way bigger in every aspect.
Both plants were started at the same time and planted into the Coco at the same time.
Both are fed the same amount and the lights are all working off the same timer so schedules are the same.

That looks pretty definitive. You may have just killed the induction grow light market... you did for me :peace:

I am with X, no induction for me. Some :slap: for the test! Thanks Lathe!

Thanks guys!
While it works like the bomb for some it is not working so well for me...
I will keep up the experiment for a bit longer and then switch places of the seedlings and see the results.

It will be interesting to see if the LED plant slows down under the Induction and if the Induction plant takes off under the LED.

Will give them another week and then switch.
Will update with pics!!

Your LED's are strait-up X2's from bysen, right?

:thread: :smokebuds: great stuff lazy. Are you gonna run this test all way to harvest mate?

Please Finnish this test, its interesting.

Your induction light appears to be about 3200k.
Witch means this light will flower better than it vegges.
Sun light an HPS also tend to stretch seedling a bit, but own in flower.
Ill be the devils advocate an root for induction lights.
I'd have bet it would be going in the induction lights favor?

I'd leave the small induction light plant there as a controll an swap one of the 3 healthier ones under the EDFL.
This would Even the test out incase the EDFL one is a lagger?

Well the light he has may not be a good spectrum for growing.Ill look more but I love my LEDs I can put seeds in the bottom of the tent and they are off and running with the lights almost at the top of the tent..I watch the stretch and prop it up if it gets too long..but i have no problems with my GN and seedlings.
