yes it does...there is a good amount of fat to separate.Does it drop any stock..coz I'm Thinking pulled pork would do just as well in the rib soup.....![]()

Cooked pork ribs in the cooking water...or any pork with a bit of decent stock.

Everything Finely diced....
Mixed peppers..(or red only.)
1/2 scotch bonnet
1 inch finely chopped ginger..
Carrot/peas/sweetcorn..optional..(it is a sweet soup)...
fat flat rice noodles pre soaked.
Bring the stock up to the boil...drop everything in Except the noodles.
Simmer for 4 minutes...you ain't Killing the veggies..just flavouring the stock....drop the noodles in for 1 minute..and serve.

If you wanted to juice up the stock you could always add some mirepoix to flavor the stock a bit.
THe pulled pork would make a great, and delicate addition in place of the ribs...or in addition to.
I do now!
so should add a bit of depth from that.
