The soil i'm using should be seedling soil. I guess i will just see how it goes and decide when to feed or lst. Will be posting some pictures before i leave and when i'm back, i think they are ready to be watered.

I don't have a plant sitter. I think they are truly watered already so i guess it will last them till i'm back.

I'm unsure of the drawbacks to using a seedling soil for an entire grow, but that is what I guess you should find out and look out for.

Leaving them for over 8 days w/o water in a seedling soil is probably very risky, imo. 3 days before leaving and 5 days after, yes? Remember it will start drying out quicker as the plants get bigger. Be sure and make sure the fan is not blowing at the topsoil when you leave.

It's something like plagron light mix, bio bizz light etc and i have seen some growers using it for the whole grow and having really huge harvest so i think it's okay.(definitely for me to find out)

Alright so they are at day 9 today and tomorrow when i leave, they will be day 10 so i most probably will be taking pictures and posting them here and when i'm back, we will see the difference.

I told my girl to come over to my house and check in on the plants but she can only do it on wednesday so i will probably instruct her that if my babies are wilting, give them a little water to save the situation before i come back. The fan is oscilating so it is not blowing directly at the top soil.

ps : or should i just water them a little (no run off) before i travel ?

I was actually thinking that you might water them a little before you left, maybe a few hundred ml each or something. That's prob what I would do, depending on what the soil looked like. Just enough to get them through. Idk its a tricky situation.

Week 2 - Day 10 Report

As promised, here is the day 10 report before i fly off and i will be back 5 days later. The growth looks good for day 10 and hopefully it goes on like this :check:

I gave them both a light watering(no run off) just now and sprayed both of them with ph 6.6 water. After the watering, they look a little droopy but it's better for them to not dry out when i'm not with them for 5 days. (Thank you vapeo for the advice)

Hey Shax. I will say go for it ! It is pretty expensive and when i bought it, the shipping fee was insane but i'm still loving the air pots. It isn't easy to water but i'm pretty sure the holes help with the air flow for the roots which is really important. More root = more growth. Cheers :tiphat:

Yeah they are pretty expensive, well I will try to make DIY version of pot for myself untill i get more financial support finishing current grow thx for advice
