Quick update - I noticed today that one of AK's branch has snapped. I think it's because i pulled down too much so i released it from the bondage to let it recover. Hopefully it doesn't die off... Will be doing a week 5 picture report tomorrow !
As promised, here is the week 5 report. They have just been fed 3/4 veg nute phed at 6.7. I didn't wanted to train Jack at all but it seems like pulling the side branches out would give it more light(they were shaded by the main stem). As for AK, one of her branches snapped so i'm just letting it recover and hopefully it doesn't affect my yield much. They are growing really fast and i can't wait for them to start fully blooming. Depending on how they react to 3/4 veg nute, if they show signs of nute burn, i will probably reduce it back to 1/2 veg nute and if not i will be feeding them a full dose of veg nute. I might also change over to bloom nutes on week 6 depending on how much vertical growth they have shown.
plants look great Kill. Looks like a lot of vegetation on that AK. I'm surprised by how hard and flat you are tying her down. Def interested in your results.
I tied down so much i don't even have enough horizontal space! And i think my overall yield wouldn't be affected that much by one half broken branch. I am awaiting the blooming stage for i would love to see buds !
Quick update : Will be watering in 15 minutes time. Will be releasing AK from her bondage as i think there isn't much vertical growth anymore and she is ready to go into the blooming stage but i will still be pulling the side branches out for Jack to receive more light.
Hey guys i have a question. I plan to feed bloom nutes and Blackstrap molasses on my next feeding. How much of a tsp BSM should i add to a litre of water ?
I was thinking if i feed 1/4 bloom nutes then i will add 1/4 tsp and if it's 1/2 bloom nutes i will add 1/2 tsp. Hows that ?
