Lighting LED heat issues

Ok so when the scrubber sucks out air where does it go and how is new air brought in?

im sorry but I don't know how else
To explain this. It's a locker, fresh air comes from the room it sits in. The exhaust gets blown back into the room. It's not closet tent setup with hoses and AC units etc etc. it's simply a locker with two 3 inch exhaust holes and one 3 inch passive intake

Makes sense.. You need to find a way to get more fresh air to flow into the locker and it will cool it off better otherwise your going to have heat issues

Ok, so the intake air temp of 74 degrees is not sufficient? According to my meter, the intake temp is 74 degrees

74 should cool it down .. But does it?

Hahahha that's the problem... 74
Should be good. That's what brings me back to my original question. The fact the LED is raising the box temp 13+ degrees is considered normal?

Yes it is normal.. Can you aim a fan from outside the box directly at the air intakes? Like just a little fan?
