Lighting LED only thread (the manual)

Is there much difference with 18/6 and 20/4 light cycles? I've always grown with hps on 18/6 I've changed to led now and wondering if 20/4 would be better?

To each their own I think.... I used to use 20/4, now I use 24/0 not had any issues yet with it for 7 months.
