Hey Bob, how's it going? I see you have a lot of questions, and I can kinda get the drift on where your going with this.
I am gonna assume you are new to growing?
Instead of starting out with "Help", lets find out what you need to get you started. You need lights, soil, water, nutrients, pots, and ventilation. You can get all that new or used depending on your budget. Don't get miracle grow products, they cause more problems than they are worth, and aren't really compatible to cannabis growing.
Go to the soil growing section in the forums and look at some threads to learn about soil.
Go to the LED section to learn about different lights. There are quite a few, but how much you want to spend is the key I guess.
Water, is not just tap water. There are many ways of using water in your grow. Some are oxygenated, some only use RO (reverse osmosis), some use spring water, and some use distilled. All have reasons for doing it. The main idea about using good water is to have a good PH'd water for feeding your plants.
There is a section on nutients. It again depends on cost, and also how complicated a schedule is to follow. Tang, who commented above, has an excellent feeding schedule for auto's.
Don't be afraid to ask questions that are relative to the thread.
And most of all, if you may, go to the Introduction area and let us all know who you are, if you haven't done that already. It gets peeps to know you, which will more likely get more views to your threads. And Hey, might just pic up a few friends on the wayside.
