Morning Mossy Feenix ! Its evening here Sunday i get to celebrate Caterday twice Have a super day

This afternoon, planting some lovely river lilies and saw the cutest baby frog , it must have been 2.5cm (inch) in size - could a stripe so maybe a striped marsh frog, rilver lily is really pretty native plant , lol this isnt mine, what she will be like once its grown, will be extending the rainforest mix with paperbark forest , further privacy for the girls shed

I've just been outdoors...............Yeurk...greet big globby rain drops...I was soaked as soon as I walked out the door.
Cold too.

I'd opened the cold frame while it was a gentle mist coming down......so I had to get it closed up again fast afore me seedlings drown....

Someone needs to tell the weather we are in Spain.......it is supposed to be Spring......

Our rainy season is normally Jan/Feb...if at all..........

Good morning Mossy, Smokey.
I've been waiting 2 weeks to get pics of the black cat that had adopted us but it hasn't been around during the cold spell. Hopefully, it has been warm and toasty inside. It's a beauty and somebody has cared for it well. I'm sure it will show back up. It has been stalking Budda, The Cockatiel that lives on the shelf above my desk who has a Tweety and Sylvester relationship with all the neighborhood cats.

Cats pick people @Feenix .........hopefully it is basking in front of a warm fire somewhere.....if it was well cared for it can't be homeless.

Memother had a budgie that used to chase her sausage dog around the room hanging onto it's tail....until she fell asleep one afternoon........and only had the sausage dog when she woke up......

Lucky match-up she looks like a good cat

She is very chill.
I've been picking her up and petting her. Each time it gets longer and she doesn't freak. I had her in my lap petting her yesterday and she started to purr. Just as she started, Sam got jealous and came over talking his ass off and she stopped. I got her to meow at me a couple of times yesterday. Sam was a quiet cat before I taught him to talk and now he will not shut up, especially when hungry!
She uses the old bed I put beside the back door and is the first to the door when I come to feed with Sam usually still on top of my smoker looking into the kitchen window. He learned that from his Momma.

The black has been around a long time but nobody claims ownership.
One day I'm sitting at the desk and catch a flash of movement to my right and snatched a big tom in midair that leaped right over my shoulder to get at the uncaged Budda. I felt sorry for the cat or I would have let Budda teach him a lesson. He is the meanest bird on the block.
