it was already posted in here by somebody, i don't remember who, but the new law duz not apply to seedz in any way....it only appliez to the vast myriad of "intoxicating substancez" sold in virtually every mom & pop grocery & gas station nowadayz....eg all the ediblez, gummiez, vapez, etc etc....but, seedz themselvez have less than 0.03% thc in em, and therefore, are not subject to the new law.....jus sayin & carry on plz ppp

I haven’t tried driving today but went several places yesterday without issue! My dad worked at 8am today and he didn’t want an issue this morning so since he works at Marriott he got a room and had me take him last night to stay at the hotel! Not sure what he works tomorrow or what his plan is but i know taking him last night was gnarly and that was while it was freshly dropping sleet! Today it seems like its frozen into a solid hard pack to where i couldn’t stomp a footprint into it so may be unwise taking the focus out in it! Whats funny is yesterday roads were much clearer than today but when i opened DoorDash app to check balance on my dasher card it showed on homepage that my area was closed so no deliveries happening yet today i got a notice talking about how busy my area was!

I thought the new law said it had to be seeds that stayed below that threshold upon harvest! Thought it went off the ending thc not the seeds thc content in the new bill! Like me i know u are a cheapo when it comes to buying seeds so doesn’t affect us as much!

I mean, WTF, how long can a weed growing forum survive if no one can get seeds to grow anything?
Makes me wonder how much the big cannabis industry pushed this to force more business to their dispensaries.

The reason seeds were legal in the first place was that they were technically hemp, according to the law. The law changed…. It might get fixed before it gets implemented….but it might not, too.

That said…. They’ll still be legal within your state, if weeds legal in your state.

They didn't think it through......I don't know of any method to determine if a seed will produce high thc or no thc without growing out the plant. I don't think they are going to grow all the seeds they find just to see what they produce.

Just label seeds as of the hemp variety and put a disclaimer sticker on there that the plants from these seeds will not contain thc!
