Oh, ok. I thought I read at one point that the reason you don’t eat beef is because it eats grains, which set off your issues..I don't think that would be a problem. All of the animals/birds I eat are fed grains of some sort. I know that mushrooms raised on wheat straw can indeed transfer gluten but I think it is a physical cross contamination.
