Feels like the first normal morning I've had in ages.....nice cup of tea and a side of Candy Kush to start the day :Hookah:....It's freaking me out how mild the temps are still here, something cold is in the not too distant future I'm sure of it!

It is how the Spanish do it..I suppose for the stock. It is only recently that they have taken the heads off chickens....the number of times UK tourist have said it put them right off chicken to see the head still attatched when they got them..

But a lot of Spanish cooking uses stock.

The Greeks as well..if you See a lamb hanging in a butchers window it will have the head on..and it is supposed to be so you know what you are Buying..and you aren't getting charged for goat.

I know..it annoyed my son when I pointed it out..he was 34 this year.


Cold here..beautiful blue sky..sunny but the wind is bitter..hubby says we are 66% humidity..and damp air makes a hell of a difference to the perceived temps.
