with a 6000 mile long heavily wooded boarder between the U.S. and Canada, the U.S. government is stuck between a rock and a hard place. it makes me think about the Swayze express only in reverse.:cheers:

Yes !! Best reference ever ! You made my day , Lol. :pass: Thanks for the laugh - I loved these episodes !

Isn't it good that we can even discuss politics on AFN without falling out and name calling etc etc. You can still have a view, but no one calls you a $£%& for having that view.

Just another reason why I love AFN. Apart from you bloomin' cannuks !!! And the Welsh. And the APL (Anti Penguin League) and people who think Wrestling is real and........

Only joking. I love you all. apart from the Welsh

eP.

Yes, but I quit while I'm even.
Besides, It is Canadas night and they deserve all the positive vibe there is.

I am not quite understand though, what is the new policy exactly? :pop:
If it is a good one, why my customer from Canada seems not happy, he told me that smoking will be legal but you have to buy MJ from government, no personal growing anymore.
Anyone can explain this? Sorry my bad English, cannot understand quite clearly from the news. Still lake of many typical ways of expressing things.Thank you guys in advance :worship:

It will be treated no different than alcohol. I think they will model Colorado and Washington.

It's illegal to still your own hootch. So they probably won't let you fill your backyard with a forest. So that won't change. Same as tobacco. The thing to think about is they want the tax money. So they will go after those sources that aren't generating tax revenue.

There will still be black market weed, which i think will be cheaper than store bought.

Not sure why ,but you almost never hear were gonna model our legalize weed program off of Oregon's,maybe with time us Oregon people will be a good example if how to make marijuana legal with few problems I hope .

Just read about this today while skimming the local news (http://www.thecannabist.co/2015/10/20/canada-marijuana-justin-trudeau/42535/).

Hopefully the politicians keep their promises and get to doing something on it soon. If it goes the way it sounds like it will, then congrats to all tokers in the great white north!!
Funny your avatar Ozone. I remember that movie. The paperboy swooshing down the moutain chasing the two skiers screaming "I want my two dollars" hilarious!
