Mephisto Genetics MediJane's Getting HubbaBubba (again) ;)

Quick Tent Shot. Day 63:

I think the addition of the 300w down on the right side is really making a difference. I will take more pictures Monday but the lower branch buds are fattening up and a few new buds have sprouted. I'm wondering if I should let those go, or trim them off to direct more enegery to the rest of the plant? The branches are getting really heavy so I may need to support them soon, especially if this goes 70+ days.

It has rained here all week so I haven't been able to bring building materials home to put my room together. It is clearing up so hopefully I will get to it this week!

I rekon LED really denses up the buds, considering getting an HPS just for the first half of flower and then finish with LED. Rekon it would maximise yield aswell, may cause unwanted stress thats the only thing, it might send them into overdrive though, ive seen some people do it very well.

Looking great Medi! This will be another fantastic harvest!

Does the lady ont he right get any of the HPS's light? I'm starting to believe the secret recipie is to have a mixture of both LED and HPS. @Texasbrad has both, and the results are crazy. Perhaps the two technologies are complementing each other.

Yes she does! She gets some at about mid plant. I rotate them 180 degrees at least once a day. I think that a misture of both is the best too! Looking forward to adding on! @Texasbrad has some awesome grows!!

You will love the HBSS! I think using both the LED and HPS is great. I just kind of ramp up the lighting over time. My seedlings are in the same tent, just in an area that doesn't get a ton of light. As they get older, I'll move them into the more intense light.
