I was reading a post yesterday about a member petting his plants! I love it! I kind of pet them myself. Anyway that gave me an idea. How about putting a radio in the grow room. I wonder how the plants would react. Also what kind of music to play? Classical, Rock and Roll, Country, Rap-Hip Hop, Pop? Has anyone else done this and if you did what were your results? Is it worth it?

Hemp grows more Vital with Classic Music like Mozart/Beethoven ect. A friend of mine wrote his Agrar Exams bout the Benefits of Music to Plants. And hes a Pothead too so he had some Ladys also in the Test for Private Knowledge. He also made a Chart which Music benefits which kind of Plants or Vegetables. So yes it works out No Electronical Music as Water has a Memory for that also and the Bass from Techo House n co does the effect the other way Around.

some time ago I read that house plants like classical music. mellow rock may work too but you don't want to stress your plants with anything harsh. I could not hurt to try it. it seems that plants respond to emotions

It is a subject of intense debate, I quite like the article I've put the link in for below as it covers most of the major studies carried out on the effects and some interesting facts.

Mind you, we have a Royal in this country who freely admits to talking to his plants and trees and I would take most things he says with a pinch of salt!

(Edit: The RHS took enough interest in PC's ramblings to conduct a study, never did see the results though!)

a wine maker in south EU
plays classic music for his plants
They finish 10-14 days faster with the music on
Doing it for 7 some years now
Think the sugar content is higher also, but don´t quote me on that on tho
"AFN smoke out"

Sing to them. It works!

I tried my stand up comedy routine on them. They were fine.

I died.

I'm wondering how good their hearing is? Can I leave some classical music gently playing in the attic or do I have to blast it out like front row seats at a Symphony Orchestra?
