No idea, lets try to narrow it down. Are you flowering yet? How are you ventilating your grow tent/area/cab whatever you're growing in? Ventilation doesn't involve a fan blowing on the plants, it's the new air you're sucking into the area and the old air you're sucking out. Do you have an inline fan, carbon filter?

How much of the plant is covered in the rot?

It was just that one leaf tht has/had rot the rest look like mites but it looks like mities are really my big problem if I can't spray them how can I keep them off without neem oil or something to kill it

Before you take any action, you should really post some pictures of what you want advice on. People here are really helpful, but you have to give us more to go on. There are a lot of unanswered questions.
