NEED HELP ASAP Sweet cheese 1st time auto grow

Ok I sprayed neem oil on my plant n changed my nute and now all my leaves are dying and have turned darkgreen/black on my leaves im thinking about cutting my loses now and starting over with my last auto bean

i am soo pissed rite now it seems like she is dead already i dnt think there is any saving her now

i also added flora blend and super thrive to the mix when i changed her out and she has been getting plenty of fresh air and fans blowing on her i also used and organic spray for mites and fungi and i asked my hydro man if i could use with neem oil and he said i could and this is the result of it i have my last bean in a cup of water now can some one please help me step by step grow an auto i have grown reg seeds with no prob in the same grow room in the same light same everything and i havent had this problem i think im going to start my og bean today also but i think im going to plant my af in soil this go round with pro mix and the same nutes i have now

Ok my other bean is n a paper towle now and ever since ive added flora blend to my nutes it looks like red alge in my dwc bucket and its covering my roots what is this
