Hi everyone!

I live in Western Europe, am married with children and an engineer by profession. Gardening has been a hobby of mine for a long time, and this year I decided to grow all of my vegetables totally organic. I also thought I would try growing some autoflowering cannabis.

I've grown photo cannabis on my balcony before 5 years ago, which resulted in 3m tall bushes, but unfortunately they caught some bad mildew and passed away :(

I didn't make a grow log for my adventure this summer, but will definitely make one next year. I grew 2 Dutch Passion Blue Automazar plants. There were two distinct phenotypes. The smaller indica dominant plant was harvested at 10 weeks, and resulted in 40g dry. The larger sativa dominant plant was harvested at 13 weeks, and resulted in 115g dry. It was a nice strong smoke with good flavour and a nice taste.

Now I'm trying to decide which Dutch Passion auto's to grow next year

Welcome to AFN Terra Firma

:welcome: :welcome: :welcome:

Sounds like you know your stuff! :) some lovely genetics there and nice weights too! :d5:

Looking froward to seeing your journals!
Hit us up if you need any help finding your way around the forums!

Happy Growing
all the best

Blue ^_^

:thank:

Welcome!

I can't think of a better occupation than "Engineer" for the growing of Auto Flowering Cannabis....attention to detail, an understanding
of the interconnectivity of complex systems and the need for objective data.

Super job on the DP BAM!

We (members of AFN) are just about top kick off a DP Blue Auto Mazar Grow-Off starting on Jan. 1 :)
There's a thread or two on it in the General AF Discussion Sub-Forum...kinda silly but fun!

Sounds like you are proficient already! But anything you want to know about AF Plants can be found
or provided here...

DP is just about to release two new AF strains BTW....Auto Euphoria and Auto Blackberry Kush, IIRC.
So maybe one of those?

A lot of folks are getting great results with Auto Ultimate and Think Different by DP as well.

What are you looking for out of your cannabis? Thought of widening the search to other breeders?

Well, at any rate, again...Welcome! Make yourself comfortable and have a look around :)

Cheers!

I've always liked Auto White Widow from DP, but the Auto Ultimates are looking pretty appealing too! And i've STILL to grow a think different!

Hmmm they sound gooood! :)

If you want to join in the BAM Slam we'll need to get your post count up to 50 - so start jumping in on the threads and making firends! 50 posts can go whooooosh! :)

Solid earth,

Welcome to AFN. I recently got my City & Guilds in Engineering. Mostly Milling and Lathe work. I enjoyed it immensely. Didn't help much with canna growing but so what. Gotta try new things.

Enjoy the Auto side of life, and do keep in touch. eP.

:thank: I'm quite proud of the results as well Woops

I would love to join in, but unfortunately I'm restricted to growing on my balcony during summer.

I've been gardening for a while and have recently learned a great deal about organic gardening. I managed to make my own compost on my balcony, and grew a whole forest of chilli peppers.

The photo Euphoria has an excellent description. I wonder what the auto version would be like. For the time being I'm looking for large plants, similar to the largest of the DP Blue Automazar plants I grew. I'm thinking of growing DP Auto Ultimate and DP AutoXtreme for the yield, and something special for a nice smoke.

I quickly read something about Sweet Tooth, but need to read more info. I also love the taste of Blueberry.

Do you know if there's a strain out there that isn't very potent, but tastes really nice? I don't smoke much nowadays, and strong weed really kicks my ass.

Choices, choises...

Awesome! I'm not quite sure you mean by City & Guilds, but milling and lathe work is fun. Did you learn manual or CNC?

I'm a mechanical engineer and spend most of my time designing stuff in SolidWorks, but I recently spent a few weeks in the workshop building stuff I designed. It was awesome! I got a whole different viewpoint of my designs.

What kind of engineer are you?

Sweet Seeds Auto Sweet Special or Black Cream or Cream Caramel :)

A Sweet Tooth Auto, Toof Decay by Mephisto Genetics, will be available sometime mid-january as well. Mitch's gear is rapidly gaining a fantastic reputation for extreme frostiness.
