Happy to know this sort of community exists, thank you! Getting started with my first indoor grow since the early 90s. Can’t believe how much it’s progressed since then, amazing. I live in Southern California about 1000ft from the ocean. Setup for now is a 3x3x5 quicktent, 600wVivosun LED, 3 gallon fiber pots, Fox Farn ocean forest, Blumat drippers, 190cfm exhaust and a couple of 8” side fans. Growing for fun and personal use, mostly indicas. At day 22 on my first grow but I’ll post that in the grow journal forum. Open to where this takes me so gonna play it all by ear.

Excellent. Appreciate the welcome and the links. Been lurking for only a couple of weeks before signing up. Found the forums to provide key suggestions as I was getting going so I thought I should contribute what I could.

Yeah, OF is a first and last time experience I think. Low pH and fungus gnats already by week 3. Just posted in new grow journal you want to see some pics etc. Recommendations on a better soil choice? Don’t mind feeding as necessary however I’m kinda into the Blumat watering system so needs to be compatible with that.
