Its my first time round will autos and i rate the pm soil for photo im just a bit worried it may be a bit to hot for starting a auto in? As i dont want to transplant i was thinking of adding in some perlite just to dilute and help with drainage.

Anyone got any experience using pm and autos?

I don't know anything about the soil that your using but I don't do any transplanting at all anymore. I use tiers but they don't have a bottom in them. My tiers are filled with an organic starting mix that I get from a local nursery. Right underneath the tiers I hollow out an area and fill it with the pro mix I use and under that is my amended mix. I've used this method for 3 grows now and it seems to work just fine for me. I have a gro on this forum and it shows the tiers-they're bottomless. No transplanting or shock to the plant at all. It works for me. Pipes
