Dear santa, send me some good karma this christmas... its been one hell of a year with the loss of some grandparents, a miscarriage very late, for my wife last year and two very scary incidents with our current pregnancy this year. Weve given up on getting our dream house after we got screwed by a lender and lost a grand in the process. So now im just hoping we can afford what we need in our remodel and it goes quickly so I can get my garden going as my wife is running low on meds. I've kept my smile thru it all, but its getting harder. My lil girl is 3 1/2 this year and it will probably be the first xmas she remembers, im afraid its going to suck. Since my wife got laid off funds are tight. Our nestegg for remodel/down payment is all we have. But weve got each other, some good friends, some great family, and a group of amazing online people to vent to... so if santa can secure me this new job im trying for or help me squirrel away enough for one good present for my lil girl I'd be grateful. But honestly all I want for christmas is my wife and new daughter on the way to make it through this safely...

Prez ...sending all the kharma I can your way! I hope that you and yours have a great Christmas. As you said, you have each other and sometimes that's all you need. I have had a similar year with deaths in the family, hoping to buy a house and it falling through, money being scarce and layoffs. Stay strong and positive brother. its got to get better.
I was going to ask Santa for a grow tent, odor control and some Dragons for Christmas....but instead I think I'll ask for some kharma for Prez.

I want next year to be better. A LOT better. I was diagnosed with cancer, and spent the whole summer getting radiation.
A close friend of the family got severe cancer, she has had major surgery and is in chemo. But....the sewer line on
her property busted. Because it's on her land, it's their responsibility, and they can't keep up with the bills as it is.
So they have sewage in the cellar, and have to go to the neighbors to use a bathroom. While in chemo.
I am trying to figure out how to start a micro-charity to help her. There is even more about the year that's
crappy, but this situation is all I can deal with, assuming I can deal with it.

It's been quite a while since i've asked for anything and this time i guess my wish will sound very special compared to previous letters anyway.
Do you think your magic is powerful enough to stop liars from making lies, thieves from stealing, profiteers from gathering profits, politicians from lying/stealing/gathering profits, etc., etc., etcetera?...
After all i don't mean it to last forever and that's not even for me, maybe 1 week would be all we need in any case!!
Otherwise, if that's too much asking then i have another request in hope that's in your power: please send me an asteroid and try to direct its fragments right where the anti-cannabic warriors stand, starting with some dellusional politicians... M'well, as shocking as this may seem rest assured you'd actually do us a great favour, so it would be for a good cause! Just a few contained hits here and there will do great. PLEASE?
As a 3rd wish, in the advent you can't grant me the other two, why not trigger mutations in all graden plants so they start producing THC, CBD, terpenes and the like, exactly like cannabis which already does - preferably before Mosanto and big pharma manage to get there 1st?! At least this way we'd have alternatives when parasites such as mites kick in, etc., not to mention your star would shine in our hearts forever after that!
But i suppose others thought of these ideas long before i have, so pardon me if i'm bothering you with my silly wishes; maybe the spirit alone will suffice after all, so merry Christmass to you dear Santa! Oh and... Have safe trips!!

11th Year Anniversary
After reading Prez and late's Christmas wishes I didn't really feel like my wish measured up. I am a blessed individual and have everything I need. I want a lot of crap but I don't need anything. My family is healthy, we have a nice home and plenty of food. I have a great group of friends here as well as around my town. What more can one ask for during the holidays?
I suppose if there is one wish I could have come true and although it sounds cliche I would ask for peace on earth and good will towards all people. I have two cousins that have done several tours in hostile territories overseas. Luckily, they have come home safe every time. Many aren't that fortunate. I will be breaking bread with them this year knowing they may be called back up at any moment. Peace on earth. If we can't have that, just watch over them and keep them safe Santa, that is all I ask for.
