Problem seedling can anyone diagnose the problem??

Hi can anyone help me out??

Quick setup overview: NL strain, DWC - 14l, advanced nutes, 300w cfl, grow tent; temps 18-26 & 30-50 RH, lights on 22/2.

there was an issue when 1st leaves came out, baby leaves were locked out so plant had started to show nute deff and the 1st and 2nd leaves died off.

started on nutes but Ive been in today and seen this on 2 of the leaves and they have got me worried ;-(

any advice will be greatly appreciated

I'll need some more info before I can help.

What is your res temp?

What is the ppm of your tap water before you add nutrients?

What is the pH of your res?

Were you giving them nutrients from the start, or just recently?

Hi Muddy, thank you for your response
I went to measure temp in res and couldn't find my thermometer :-S so I will get one tomorrow and update.
ppm of tap water is in the 250-265 range before nutes (But you kindly commented on my larger plant re the nutes-pH perfect and compatibility with tap water...looking forward to your response on the questions I asked re that)
I try to pH the res to 5.5 for the seedling as I have heard the veg nutes work better at that then let it slowly creep up to 5.8-6 if it does go up that high.
No I just had it in pH'd water but the leaves were showing signs of being hungry even tho the chlytodrons (bad spelling sorry) were A1 but I had possibly water logged them so nutes were locked out. Nutes started when 3rd set of leaves came through. Res is 14 liters and I put 6ml Micro + 6ml Bloom with 3ml calmag, that was last week. She is due for a res change tomorrow.

I did notice the main root has a like bit of brown slime on...poss light leak in netpot so going to put some more clay pebbles on the top and give the roots a quick wash in plain water before putting back in res change (Does it have to be pH'd?) Could you advise me on this one too?
