New Grower ready for winter grow

Hello Fairly,

I know onetime you mentioned you may be nearby.

If so, you have to watch the PM. Don't leave runoff water in your tent towel it dry each time, and have a fan that will evaporate it well. etc etc. Just be real on top of it, I am sure you get what I'm saying

Good Luck with this, I will be back to see your Dutch passion gettin' it's grow on

well ya got perlite.all i would personally get is some lime n that sounds fine imo.your runnin nutes,so ,should be good.
Thanks bro i just do not want to mess up over a medium. How much Lime per 20litre container do you estimate? Eekman I also have some agro mix aka pro mix bx and all that perlite. I am running the equivalent of 1400 watts so that should produce some heat hell I could add a oil heater and set it at a certain temp. Anyone using LEDS and has vermiculite in there medium if you read this please chime in. I just want it as close to perfection from day one i can not handle lousy grows

Organic soil is not easy to control, I would prefer your first choice with peat moss and 15% perlite as used in pro peat mixes on the market. And nothing else. No DL, everything it brings is in calmag and it rises ph besides.

You do not want to grow in soil that needs ph rising, if you do not want problems, as you say.

Good Luck!

Well i got my main gear today. Man the 8 inch inline fans is scary it runs at such a high rate of speed lol Huge bad ass carbon scrubber and the tent is NICE all my nutes not one drop spilt. Nice guys threw in a duct fan to boot. I am building a wall in my basement and hanging a door I will be getting that noise reducing insulation doing up the ceiling and the walls putting paneling on and hanging a door. Making my MANCAVE I will have my computor and my own flatscreen tv yahoo what a project

Thank you EEKMAN I really appreciate you dropping by and any advice will taken and used my freind. I am new at tent growing simple as that.

Sounds like you got a lotta work ta do man..LMFAO I know that work.CRAP thats a lot all at once LOL! Good deals n all, hell yeah man Im excited for you bro.

And just a side note Organic soil is the easiest to control with the proper recipe,it tends itself.and a proper organic base soil without being worked will have quite a nice PH to start with and again is superbly easy to work with if its a good recipe and/or decent organic soil.Peat tend to run Acidic on the specs, but even if ya wanna go that route your still gonna need some lime bro. But if it were me bro..?Id make a full tlo soil.you have several components to it right now. one 1.5CF bag of decent organic soil, some peat n perlite, castings and that 5LB packet and its awesome n the work is already fdone for you.it'll buffer your PH n feeding right nicely too for a good bit.especially if you not hitting the soil with hotter teas unchecked for a spell.but if ya dont wanna go a true organics tlo, your Sunshine #4 is excellent for nute grows.a lil expensive for my taste, but excellent soil.that would be stellar in a tlo mix lol. well here to getting it all set up bro!!:pass:

I appreciate all the advice EYES ON FIRE. I am better off going with sunshine mix 4 bro I an emulating Tangs PH sensi based feeding schedule. Only thing that will be different is my medium and botnicare cal mag. Avanadec has a new connisuer grow ab and a new cal mad xtra I will go with that when i can get it

Just got here, sorry I'm late.
Hope I've not missed much :)

My advice is take your time.
Keep everything clean.
Have plenty of fans moving air about. In the hope this puts off mold ń rot.

I think some lime in the soil is a good idea.
Maybe think about filtered water.
Filter the air intake to reduce bugs ń spores coming in.

Make a little dish in the top of the soil.
I use a half litre jug to feed and this dished out area holds it nice, then soaks in. Otherwise water flows over the top and out the sides.

Think Dif is great!!
Im subbed.. Enjoy :)
