I'm on the cusp! I care about the environment, care about sustainability and my health, but organics is hard work. Especially here in UK where products are minimal and hard to come by. I'm getting bored of carrying buckets of rainwater into my house, looking super suspicious, and overall I'm fed up with results I'm getting. I want simplicity and good results, after 1 year of growing I'm still no further along, it's all just too hit and miss for my liking. TaNgs schedule is on my mind big time.

Any thoughts?

Why can't you use reg tap water? What organic products are hard for you to get?

I'm 90% sure my tap water has chloramines in it. The problem with the organic products is that we can get certain things here, but we have nowhere near the amount of options you guys in the US have. I don't have a big space to grow, stealth is paramount and can only grow 1 or 2 plants max so it's difficult to experiment. I have a close version of Subcools recipe because that was the simplest, tried, tested format I could replicate with the product here, but even then I can't the base soil (roots organic).

I'm not being defeatist here! I truly want organics to work for me, but when I see a schedule/results like TaNgs, I wonder how much longer I can fumble my way through each grow not making any headway. :pass:

...mate... organics!

I know I know lmao, but man, it just doesn't feel like it's working in my favour.

organics are wayyy toooo overrated imo its not like synthetic nutes will kill you or it would of done it by now. also organics dont yield as much

That's a fair comment. I agree organics in general do not yield as much, but then it is sustainable, and that to me is important. I think we do enough damage to this planet, a scary amount actually, and it doesn't need me contributing with my grow, however small it is. That being said, if I can't grow to the standard I want......

i mean im talking like im using synthetic when im not lol, i use all organics but not by choice i like the ones i use im happy with them.........and i never understand what people really mean by sustainability and the whole saving the environment i dont understand how are we doing that?

Well put simply, chemicals end up somewhere and that somewhere is in our oceans and inevitably in our land and our food.

and ik its a bit off topic but it reminded me of something i read today about the famous Pablo Escobar when asked why he sold all those drugs and ruined peoples lives, he said "if i wouldn't do it, some one else will and that person will get rich while i stay poor"
