I sent cash to these guys on Oct 1,2018 as at the time of order they didn’t accept credit cards or money orders for U S orders. Can’t get a response back.

Poor customer service.

Anyone else have issues with them? I won’t be using them again.

I have had fantastic response from their customer service,surprised you experienced any kind of problem with them,but I also used PayPal whenever ordering from them.

Well I just had bad luck this go around. I sent em cash because they didn’t accept money orders until the day after I sent cash. Today is 2 weeks so I will wait and see.

Did you email them,and if so did they respond ? They are a small operation but usually they are pretty good about trying to keep customers happy,hopefully it will all work out for you.I have found their beans to be top notch,a bit pricey but they are usually very generous with the freebies.I have a blue toof freebie from them going now that is looking fantastic.

One order I had coming from Mephisto in Spain to North America took 5 weeks bro. So you might need to wait that long even though the package is going in the opposite direction. Not what you want to hear I'm sure, but worth mentioning to you.
