Should I start over?

These plants are 20 days old and I am not seeing much growth over the past week. I started them in 3 gallon pots because I was afraid of transplant shock.
I am growing in Coco feeding DynaGro Grow at 300-400 ppm PH at 5.6
4x4 tent
Hlg 600Rspec
Strains are Mephisto Hubbabubbahaze/Livers and Darkowl BB3

Hello your ph should be higher i shoot for 6.2 in coco but between 5.8 to 6.3 and rip them out and start again nothing wrong with your pot size i would say if your ph has been that low at 5.6 thats your problem

you should not be trying to get run off in a pot that size when your plant is that small you will stunt it big style

id try to save this one and figure out your issues so the next one can be smoother.

I dont grow in coco. but from what you said. Over watering sounds like the issue. @Dell boy I think hes right. With soil I water the pot to full capacity then let it sit for a day Then plant my seed right in it. No cup of water soak or anything. As close to nature as possible. And in three gals. Its a week or more before I really water again. I Just spray the top soil. I know coco drys out faster. So the times frames are different.
