I remember the first time I made a "G" chord. I literally though "how the F*** can anyone do this?" Wasn't that long ago either. I seriously thought about quitting right there.

LoL that was exactly my first thought too

I know i have a lot to work on but that's not a problem as i have tons of spare time and lots of smoke to help :D

Im down bro!Lets jam at Shumz :D :p. I used to never ever play in front of ppl for years to be honest with you.I felt for years ,and still do in some manner that I was never good enough.Thats why I went to MIT or MI in NYC.

i raised 2 sons to play so i could jam with someone.they are grown now and can really rock.i played in bands in the 70s so southern rock is my thing. the video is of me--my 2 sons jaming over the web with me--1 in kentucky--400 miles away --1st attempt at learning a country song --i am improvising lead stuff.

you can jam together over the internet now---works pretty good if you guys do want to jam together---up to 4 people per session

I'm a pro with the kazoo!

I pick around at a mando and have a jaw harp. Never cared much for my guitar. The sound wasn't full enough for me to continue. Had I been on a 12 string I might have continued.

yes a 12 string is nice-----i play 6 string acustic guitar ---also --country--and old easy southern rock and some blues--i had a 12 string for years in my early days---never even went to piss without my guitar!!!!

Right on! That's a 1999 Ovation Celebrity A/E Sunburst... There's a '92 Fender Strat (American Made) the SG, 1963 Gibson J45, 2002 Takamine Jasmine A/E, and a few local guitar shops custom made Acoustic/Electrics... they all have their own tones, sounds, voices... However, the SG and the Takamine are my two favorites... That '63 Gibson was my Father's who passed away in Jan. It's very special to me. He bought it the year he graduated High School...

My first real guitar, one I traded in for the Fender was an ovation, and I got a pot belly, and the rounded back was too hard to keep straight when I was on a stool, rofl.

Great sounding guitar though

Eek

Lmao I know what yoy mean eek!! Its reminds me of a plastic lute almost... big burly back. It amazes me to see David Crosby rock one... lmao thats why I prefer my Takamine. The flat back as i dont have a washboard stomach either! And fuller clear tone all around. Compared to the Ovation anyway. The ovation's tone is very mid range. Like they bumped up the mids and didn't balance the highs and lows... still great guitar like you said but if i made it personally id change those two features myself...
