Unless you're running a particularly stinky set of strains, a PC grow should be fairly manageable when closed. Speaking from experience, a small tray with ONA gel beside the outtake fans or an open container beside a fan right next to the case will handle all odors that slip out during the day.
The only downside to this is ONA gel dries out FAST when a breeze runs over it; an entire 30 oz container of the stuff lasts through one entire flowering stage for me. It gets the job done simply and stealthily (nothing odd about a fan and some air freshener), but it's not always easy or feasible to get another container before every grow (I have a grow shop that's 420 friendly down the road and they carry ONA on their shelves at a fair price, but your mileage may vary).
Whatever your solution, just keep in mind it'll be a LOT harder to make physical changes to your grow-box mid grow. Best to start planning how to handle flowering odors now and be ready with time to spare.
