Wow, the days are just hammering by, eh? It's day 38.

I'm sure you've all been dying to see my ASS, so here it is in all it's glory.....

My ASS is looking good, no???

If you look closely you can see that I have spread out my ASS.
Here's a birdseye view of my ASS so you can see how much I have opened it....

Generally my ASS is in great condition and getting bigger by the day. She's been flowering for about a week.

Jonestown is almost as big as my ASS, and is also in early flower, so I thought it was time to stake her out too....

She's also looking great. Here she is from above...

I'm hoping I've staked them out in time, I'd like to see these two girls go through a good stretch and fill out with some nice bud.

Blue Amnesia has always been a fussy plant. From the outset, she has grown yellow leaves that gradually green up as she grows. The bigger fan leaves were blotchy and I've just snipped them off.

I checked the run off EC and that's looking fine (0.5 EC lower than my input feed), so I upped the feed a touch and increased the Cal Mag too. She's been on that for a week, and she's still putting out new yellow leaves and giving a low EC run off.
She's not drinking much either... I put in about 4.5 -5L before seeing run off, while JT takes 6-7L a day and my ASS can take even more than that.

I'll finish off with Bubblegum, a week younger than the rest, on day 31...

She's very short, and very bushy, so I gave her a bit of a clear out inside.
She has also been a funny one from day 1... crinkly mutant leaves with the first few nodes, then her main stem started to bifurcate, like she'd been topped....

....so I trained her two heads out to either side - kinda like @hope2grow but without the finesse, and this is what she looks like from above....

The main stems have been bent out to 3 o clock and 9 o clock.
There's a lot going on with her but she's looking nice and healthy, and I'm hoping she'll stretch out a bit so I can do some training and get the most out of her in the end.

It's getting damn hot in there.... I just went down to see just how hot, and it's a staggering 36°C (97°F) in there and it's 4pm.
I'm getting paid tomorrow and I'll get that AC Infinity Temp / RH / VPD meter.... that will be a right laugh.

Anyway, enough for this update, thanks for looking in!

Hope2grow had a bash at them but said they take so long to go into flower , 30+ days. I think he scrapped them

With the time off work, I've managed to pull my finger out, think of some ASS gags and take some photos of the grow.... it's been a few weeks.

The weather is mental here, some call it the 'wet season' others call it the 'storm season'. All those times when I was a kid in the freezing cold and wet UK, watching the news seeing Santa surfing upto the shore on Bondi beach on Christmas day in the hot sun... that was bullshit. It always hammers down hard this time of year, and cos we're up in the tropics, it's blistering hot with super high humidity.

The conditions result in super thirsty plants. Miss one day and there's trouble.
I did exactly that a couple of weeks ago, and nearly fucked my ASS.

Hey @hope2grow I finally took delivery of the AC Infinity Cloudcom A1 temp/RH/VPD meter.
As expected, it was a bit of a shock seeing the actual temps and humidity going on in my tent.
Here's a little....

I'll start with a graph of the last few weeks that I have had it running.... brace yourselves...

An eyewatering max of 36.3°C in those first few days, so I made a few adjustments and managed to get the temps down in the low 30's.
This last week it has really rained upping the RH, and the temps just keep on rising. I managed to get the humidity to drop a little on Friday when I gave them all a good defoliating....

I like the Cloudcom, but i'm not totally impressed.

1. The date is in American format.
2. The magnet in the back of the unit is great for sticking it to a tent pole, but after 2 weeks the magnet has detatched from the unit itself.
3. There's a lot of gaps in the data, when it should be recording it 24/7 while the phone is in range, but it's not.... There's lots of straight lines connecting the times when it actually has recorded some data.......

Anyway, back to the grow. It's day 63, and they are all in flower.

the Jonestown and that round ASS will make up for it!

They are doing pretty well, thanks Antonio.
Let's look at my ASS first...

As you can see, she's well into flower, and looking pretty good after the incident with the missed feed.

Here's another view of my ASS...

I gave her a really hard defoliation, removing every fan leaf, just leaving the bud leaves.
After working on her, my fingers stank of ASS. And it was delicious!

Here's the main cola....

You'll notice that my sparkly ASS has got a bit of a purple tinge to it .....

Lots of nice colours in there, and that lovely smell, like fizzy strawberry makes me think my ASS is gonna be special.
I'm really looking forward to the final product, and it won't be long - I think she has at least 2 weeks left in her.

I'll try and show you more pictures of my ASS next week.

Jonestown is a tiny bit smaller than my ASS, but is more advanced...

Before defoliation, she was very leafy and green, but those thick colas will end up full of mould if I don't try to keep the RH down. Big green sweaty leaves are not needed around my precious bud!
She smells really hashy, and I think the final product is going to be strong stuff!
Here's her main cola....

Lots of sticky goodness on her. You can see more orange pistils, but there's still another 10-14 days left in her.
Here's a closer look....

I'm shitting myself about mould, and my eyesight's crap at the moment, so it's gonna be tricky... First sign of any and she's coming down.

She's certainly taking longer than the Auto Strawberry Soda and Jonestown.
I gave the JT and my ASS a week of PK13/14 starting on day 50.
The Blue Amnesia wasn't ready for the PK until day 57, but she's grown into a bit of a monster in the extra time....

I worked out that keeping the air-circulation fans underneath was better for my temps... rather than blowing hot air over the plants when placed above them, the low placed fans blow cooler air from the ground level air intake up into the plant. Each plant has one for themselves.

She's so big, you'll notice I had to supercrop the main cola because she was getting too close to the lights up at max height.....

Now that she's had a bit of a clear out inside, it's all long stems and potentially plenty of bud. The extra space from the soon to be finished Jonestown will be greatly appreciated by the Blue Amnesia as she fills out in her last few weeks. I think she'll be another 3-4 though.

I've also given her a good clear out inside, and she is starting to stretch.
She will really need the room when she gets into mid to late flowering, and hopefully my ASS and JT will be down, if not bagged by then.

Although I'm not much of a Christmassy kind of Guy, I do like the time off. I relate more to New Year, so I wish you all the best for yours!
