APE reverts dry weight in at 86g, just a bit over 3 ounces. Soaking the cake now then ready for flush 2. The only things left for a tub now are two 3lb bags of APER, and one 5lb bag of stalled Z strain. Injected two 5lb bags of millet with MVP LC.

APER 2nd flush harvested. Only 18g dry, but there was one big beautiful 5.3g fruit and a 4g fruit. Gonna give it a third flush and see if I can get a few more big ones out of it.

Enigma. Still feels pretty firm so I don't think it's ready to harvest yet.

We got a little behind on updates over the holidays. Most APER tubs got one flush then trashed them. I love the speed and growth of the APER, potency is not there though. 4g of APER feels like 2g of Yeti. For the Yeti tub, I squeezed as many shrooms as I could out of it. Both the Yeti and MVP(lc/colonized bags) feel stronger than either the Wild Texas or APER(multi spore syringes). Haven't tried the JMF or Enigma yet.(LCs)

I've been tripping every 2 weeks since I started growing. After 1 bad trip, I no longer like the smell or taste of mushrooms. I was hurling and dry heaving for hours it felt like. It was probably like 10 minutes in reality but the memory is much much longer lol. So from then on it's been tea or hot chocolate only.

For making tea/water extract I bring the desired amount of water to a boil, remove from heat, toss my finely ground mushrooms in and stir for 10 minutes. Then strain the water through a coffee filter and steep my tea bag or add my hot cocoa. No nausea.

I'm beginning to experiment with Microdosing now. A #0 Capsule seems to hold about .2g with a bit of tamping. I started loosely filling .1g MVP each day for a week, and this week I am on .2g MVP. Might step it up again to .3 next week. From testing about 0.66g of MVP begins to feel noticeable for me.

I'm finished growing for now. I've got more mushrooms than I know what to do with. Still have a jar of MVP LC and some Yeti Agars in the fridge, so I could start up again anytime.

Hillbillies we innoculated a couple months ago. They're about 10 days spawn to bulk, I hadn't checked them in a few days and found this. A lot of excess moisture, I have been employing the "neglect tek" lol. I might need to leave the lid off for a few hours so some of this can evaporate.

I've been very interested in attempting growing my own. Finally pulled the plug on a 5lb bag of hilbilly from SGF. Waiting on my substrate before my first attempt on s2b.

It's super easy with the pre colonized bags. I've increased my spawn to bulk ratio this last grow. I used 10 pounds of CVG with each 5lb bag. I mixed 7.5lb of substrate with the grain spawn, then added the remaining 2.5lb as a casing layer.

This was the Hillbilly delta LC. On the second dehydrator load now, first load was 40g dry, these are dense. Looks to easily be 4 ounces dry on the first flush.

I did grab a bag of colonized hillbilly as well, not sure how/if it's different from the delta. They're a little slower and just now pinning.

Harvested 4.5 ounces from my first flush of Hillbilly delta from Shegrowsfungi. Now another tub of the 5lb hillbilly from SGF coming in.
