Indoor Tobe's test and breeding ground

A little update
I decided to don't top them, I tuck down the big fan leaf's in the top part of the plants to slow down the main steam , so the side branches can get the power.
In the picture you can see the first plants from left are transplanted later because they are a bit younger.

Little update @Antonio_DutchPassion
4 plants of the Orange Hill Special show sex under 18/6 light , I think it depends on root bound. What do you think Antonio, the Cali-o is very sensitive maybe that's a sign of that!? , one of them show that more cal/mg is needed, from my observation at the pure Cali-o that could also match!? I will separate them and let them all a few more days till I switch to 12/12

We will see if there are some more males and how they act!?

For males that is definitely possible yes, rootbound can indeed cause stress and let the plants show sex. But in this case looking at the plants they look rather healthy and you use, what, 3L pots? Shouldn't be an issue normally. Might be a case of males with a lot of testo wanting to show their balls to the world LOL :rofl:

Could also be a genetical thing in these lines, which I don't know about, but as long as it is just a few balls here and there it could be the normal display of masculinity ;-) If you really see full male flowers appearing, than it would be an issue in my opinion. Please keep us posted mate, always good to see feedback from you, cheers

Hi my friend
Thanks for the reply, I put them in the male room and let them grow und 18/6 for a few more days , would be interesting to see how the others act in the next days. I keep you updated.

@Antonio_DutchPassion
I checked the other plants , no signs of sex and at the males there are not much more flowers. i compare them to some pictures of the California Orange and the leaf's looks like them but that's only observation for a more accurate comparison I have to grow more of Orange Hill Special, so we will see how it goes...
Tomorrow I do some new pictures to document it.

Have a nice day
