Topping vs Training

What's up fellow stoners and cannabis cultivators :smoking: It's been a minute since I've had an active thread and I just so happen to have these 2 beautiful ladies.

Both Forum Stomper bred by Mephisto Genetics. Germinated and moved to soil together about 10 days old now pretty well twins but everything about the one in the air pot is bigger, so why not a vs run. I will be topping the plant in the airpot and only training the one in the fabric pot. The topped plant will see some training as well. I have been seeing alot of questions about topping vs training I hope this thread will help answer some questions out there. I will update on feeding days and any time they receive any training and on topping day which is already close. I am expecting great things from these ladies.

Well here we are day 27ish. The trained plant is looking to be a Bush and the lady that was injured by the exhaleco2 is looking better. Anything touched Is dead dien but shes looking better

Right around 30 days in now and things are looking good. The exhaleco2 probs are behind us now. I have cut away everything that was killed by it. She looks a little thin but I really dont think she'll suffer much from it.

And the trained lady is doing just fine. I dont think I'll do any defol untill shes in flower

I'm thinking topped forum stomper has made a great recovery starting to pre flower liking her long legs

Trained forum stomper is a bush full of bud sites cant wait to see her stretch

No mid week update this week chores took forever today. I will be doing some defol this weekend probably before and after pics with the update. Here's a tent shot alot going on in there right now in preparation for outdoor gardening

Did a little defol today I didn't take much off either one just cleaned up some lowers. Both ladies looking great ready to start building some big frosty flowers

Still looking good here the topped plant didn't like the heavy exposure to the pk booster so I'll cut it out for another week but the trained lady took it well showing slight toxicity herself
