I used a mortar/pestle to break-up the chunks.

Not breaking up big chunks may work, average out well enough, for those using larger amounts. But at the lower end, dealing with grams, the chunks (at least in my MC v.2, like in the pictures above) are large enough that I see no way to accurately weigh out a properly balanced dose.

All of mine dissolve!

No one is bashing just stating what we think and we're not talking about if it dissolve we're talking about the fact the if your measuring it out in small amount you don't really get a even mix

One solution to small batches is don't make too small a batch. You can mix up a gallon or two in advance. It will stay in suspension just fine for weeks. At 4 grams per gallon You should be able to get a fairly even mixture pulling 4 grams.

I add additional Cal-Mag all throughout the grow so even if I miss a little with the base I catch it with the addition and a little extra won't hurt. The operative word is little.

I love GreenLeaf and NPK Industries together. I am using Harley Smith's spoon feeding technique. It worked well in my last grow and I will be using in the new grow.

I still have MC 1.0, and its chunks bothered me enough that I actually ground a batch up in a coffee grinder, once.
Now I don't bother.
For those of us with larger DWC reservoirs, it doesn't matter whether we get too many chunks today, because there will be fewer tomorrow.
For us, it all averages out.
