WTF #3 is 5 weeks old. I never topped a plant this late, but she looks 3 weeks old, so I said WTF! The bit I snipped off was only 1/2" long, so not sure I got it all. I'll know in a few days if she's topped or FIM'd. I think I see a first pistil in the closeup:

Friday is here and with that, comes update day. Both girls are looking lovely at Week 6. It's like Mutt & Jeff in this tent though. Atleast they are playing nice.

The comp plant, Double Bubble is finally starting to stack so the stretch is mostly done. I trimmed a couple lower sucker branches and a couple leaves from the bottom to make watering easier. Other than that, she's doing her thing.

My side girl, Blueberry Cheezecake had a little stretch but she's mostly squat. I've pulled off a bunch of leaves and lower sucker branches. She still pretty dense. If I don't see any stretch by next week, I'll have to defol her a little more aggressively. It's all about quality not quantity.

Week 5 day #39 for my Blueberry Cheezecake if I’m not mistaken.
it’s been a really easy grow up to this point for me. I attribute that mostly to the great genetics and these GroBuckets, they are almost Dummy Proof.
Been keeping my EC between 1.7-2.1. PH almost always is 6.3 with the Gold Leaf fertilizer. Temps are staying 77-80 and RH around 50-55%.
I gave all the plants a major haircut this week and the difference is really dramatic but they are already rebounding.
I spread out a couple more branches with the LST clips and had a couple quick tape jobs due to breakage
Here’s some various photos since the last update. The one closeup turned out crazy after the trim job, so I apologize in advance lol. Probably just rushed it.
I try to Timestamp photo every time now just so my old ass can remember when I took them but the Timestamp app changes my settings and doesn’t AF as quickly for some reason

My Hellhound is lagging and I’m pretty sure I should have let it grow much more before starting to bottom feed. I‘m also starting to think that there’s something different with the HHX grow bucket as the indicator stick drops out of sight when its almost empty. It’s a different brand of 5gal bucket that I was originally using for a bubble setup. I’m thinking that it’s somehow different than a standard 5gal and not sure if that’s affecting the growth or maybe the air pruning space at the bottom. I’m half tempted to drill another black 5gal like the other 3 and transplant real fast lol. I think it’s going to start stretching now though.
I should also mention that the Root Beer Float is just turning into a beautiful plant ! Look at the difference in growth from the 10th to the 16th before the trim. Just a beast of a plant.
Really enjoying seeing everyone’s JeanO’s plants growing and can’t wait to see the final results !!

Week 6. No sex yet other then a couple of questionable male parts. But not sure about them though. But like 42 days from sprout so I'm wondering if it's a photo. Only plant in the tent with a distinctive smell but way behind everybody else and they were all planted within 7 days. But starting to grow upwards this week and seems pretty healthy

At Day 41, just started preflower/stretch. Had a long veg and has tons of branches and budsites. Doing some defol to get some light through the thick canopy. Excited to see how this one turns out!

My first ever grow contest and I came into this a naive hayseed from the plains of Okla.
Didn't take me long to figure out this was going to be a no holds barred, ugly affair!
After enduring Dale's trickery and Newman's use of possibly unsanctioned? Moon growing crystals, Still waiting for a ruling from a grow marshal on that one! I wised up fast. Ordered this shit on the dark web couple weeks ago.

Day 35 for the Blue Dog (left) and quite impressed with the recovery and progress after a pretty slow start. Mostly leaf tucking and LST to spread things out. Pistils showed up a bit ago, it’s really stretched out too. Maybe a bit too much between nodes. Another week of stretch left before it’ll start preflowering I think, but we shall see.

So irrigation system is working awesome Girls are stacking up nice just feeding twice day right now seem to be plenty might need to add and fertigation later in in flower.. They're definitely looking better now that ph has got dialed in runoff readings are about the same as input 5.8 and ec reading are actually lower then input
