Indoor When to move seedlings under HPS?

Hi peeps!

Just a quick question really, I have two purple autos at nearly 2 weeks old. They've both been under 46w 6500k CFL (Keeping them 1 inch from the bulb) - When is a good time to put them under the 400w HPS? and what distance would you recommend?

u can move them with no problem..mine germinate under 600w
40cm is fine if you have cooled cool tube..

Yeah bro, i germinate them under 250w also with no problem at all. Just dont put the hps too close

and yeah...raise the light for another 10cm as they get bigger in a few days

Its always different to start them under the hps or move them there from under cfl, hps is stronger thats why u need to raise the light just for sure for the first couple of days, if it seems fine u can put closer every time hope its helps. Best of luck bro

They're on a shelf. So will lower the shelf as they get bigger [emoji38]. Currently 25 - 30cm from bulb with a fan blowing on them.
