Yes, remove any dead or obviously ailing plants, which could be shedding virus. Keep in mind, with infections of all types, after exposure it either rapidly spreads or doesn't and is not a problem. So if there is no visible worsening after a while (the markings are likely not going to go away), I'd presume your plants have been exposed and resisted infection (with all of this presuming it's an infection).Eww the mosaic virus sounds like trouble and when i searched plant virus the 1st couple pics looked spot onaaand theres no cure... what i read said to remove infected plants.. I'll check in on her soon and see how she looks today
