Three out of four plants have nice tap roots that have hit the rez. Will try and add photos once I get an extra pair of hands.

It was a beautiful day here in the Pacific Northwest. Got to go up into the hills and do a little target shooting with pistols.

Lights just came on, girls are just waking up.

Thank you! I'm pretty excited for these girls. I haven't ran any of these strains before. Looking forward to see if the Octopots will make much of a difference in yield.

Well I learned a valuable lesson today. I got the Octopots in hopes it would allow me to spend a little less time tending to the girls. I hadn't checked on the plants for a few days, and when I opened the tent this evening I noticed they were looking a bit funky. Checked the ph in the reservoir and it was at 7.4. got my wet dry vac out and expelled all the water from the reservoirs, refilled with proper PH water.

Curious to know if there's any correlation between the onset of flower and the Taproot tapping out per se.?

Doing solo cups and watching other people do solo cups I don't think it does. However, I do suspect that if the taproots bottoms out quickly that it may limit it's over all size. @St. Tom has a ton of experience here, maybe he can provide some insight on the subject.
