I have not much experience. My first grow was harvested 2 weeks ago.
What I do, is using my knowledge in biology and reading plant physiology and feed according to what I know about the nutrients, as well as asking 100reds of questions here. The strategy pays off.

Thanks for response duggy is that to run off? As I've been told to only feed less until roots have filled my 10L pot so that's why I have only give 500ml at a time sorry guys ya my first time thanks for the rapid responses

I'm in coco and I started 5.8 but my EC was a tiny bit higher @ EC1.1

I am currently doing a micro grow (check my sig) and wanted to keep the plant tiny in that space.

I didn't feed until day 13 normally I would do this @ day 7 but I wanted to keep it small and not give it too much Nitrogen in the early stages , which feeds lush green growth.

The cotyledons have sufficient nutrient to supply the seedling easily for the first 7 days and my plant didn't show N def until day 13 which is when I started feeding and foiliar feeding to green her back up.

She did green back up quick time and no harm to the plant.

People give advice to help one another but it still remains your responsibility to do research to satisfy your self that it is the right course of action to follow.

AFN members are the best on the internet and show each other mutual respect and share a friendly vibe.

Thanks dug as this is an area I was gettin mixed replies about so 500ml every other day with feed you recommend sir? It's just that at initial watering and feeding the PH was in the high 7s so will these feeds sort the PH problem out when I set it to 5.8ph

Sometimes the initial damage will not be repaired but newer growth should be fine with no lasting problems.

Did I say they do not need nutes, DID I? Slight amount is good enough at this stage because you don't want to burn the poor plant. I mostly do growing on DWC and most of my grows I usually end up being at max. 1.3 EC. Refer to my BAM grow for example; At day 10 with 3rd pair of leaves emerging the EC was only 0.7 and no defiencies.https://www.autoflower.org/threads/medgrower-does-blue-automazar-ms006-hs1-dwc.49470/

In fact, too strong mix will hinder the absorbtion of some essential elements and prevent optimal root development. This one is pushed back and still developing its roots and not properly even started the vegetation. That is why I adviced to check the soil pH. I remember I got always adviced to keep my pH at 5.8 but I found that 6.2 work a lot better for me at vegetative, so as long as you have proper nutes. Proper absorbtion of Ca and Mg is hindered below 6.0 so I see people end up with problems with that. I know I had that before and I would like to let people know about it.

Now if you feel like you are so superior grower with so magnificient knowledge and experience on the matter that you feel so confortable with your mega-ego, running your mouth at me when I give my honest opinion and advice; How about you grow more than 300g from a single plant with max 255w of light energy used? Do that and then come lecture me about these matters. Oh.. And I promise I will then give away my reputation points also since it seems to really bother you. Seriously bro. Get a grip.

NOW TO THE OP: I think you got this. Just check & correct the pH and do not burn your plants with too much nutes like almost all of us did when we began growing and remember that it is the light that is the main food here. Giving a bit too little nutes is less dangerous to your crop than giving too much.
