Live Stoner Chat Another FNG Checking In!

FNG, REPORT!?!! LOL :D Welcome dude!!

well with living organic soils you'll get a host of benefits, including with the veganic mix your talking about using.problem with veganic mixes in soil solely,is that, it will lack in the robustness of blooming and vegging as well. and compared to TLO,it will lack from standard organic mixes which means less yield. quality is good. also, i knew a guy i taught some years ago now and he found that he started to need to use a cpl animal bases products to achieve the size and quality he needed. and for yourself you'll need a cpl ounces between grows so you may want to re think that move bro. i understand its a lifestyle and an understanding but i promise you you'll find it to be necessary as well. but you can start with either the revs mix or sub cools recipe and take all the components of said mixes and figure out what you want and dont want to use...add neem cake and kanja cake and get growing/going LOL :D

@Eyes on Fire - Many thanks, and again for the quick response.

Good info on the vegan vs full organic soil mixes. I ordered a try-pack from BioBizz to start me off with (Grow/Bloom/Top Max) so I gotta at least use 'em for the first grow unless I can find someone who wants to buy 'em off me, but it's worth a thought. I'd be super curious to see any side-by-side grows if they exist just to compare the yield and such. A lot to think about.

Any specific section where I could search for info on the "revs mix" or sub cool? I'm assuming in the soil and ferts area, but never hurts to ask!

Hello there MATE you might want to check section number 5 the ORGANICS part of the forum. You can also check the fertilizer section too. But I would ask the same question in a new thread in ORGANICS bro take care. And a HUGE welcome to AFN do not hesitate to ask any questions either PEACE

Welcome to AFN, Dude! I've heard some decent feedback about the Biobizz nutes. The local hydro store backs them obsessively lol. I'll look forward to seeing a journal from ya. :peace:

@TheGreenMan Many thanks for the welcome! I've heard good things about Biobizz as well, but to be honest, the kind soil is looking pretty tempting now that I've done more reading. I might just have to eat the cost of the Biobizz (or maybe hold onto it for a pay-it-forward type thing on here, who knows) and go with the kind right out of the gate. Either way, there will definitely be a journal forthcoming!

Cool beans. I don't know much about kind soil, but a quick look through the website and results pictures lead me to think I should give it a whirl at some point. The whole 'Just add water' is a very attractive selling point. lol. Have some good grow Karma from me, Dude. I'll keep an eye out for your thread.
