Hello! I am moving to Vancouver, WA and have rented a home that the owner is allowing me to grow for personal use. What’s the best/easiest way to get licensed for home growing? Any recommendations on literally anything is appreciated! Thanks!

I was a little surprised that one needs a medical card to grow. It is illegal to have a personal grow. Looks like they want to track all movement.
